CALLING ALL ADULTS
We are looking for 12 people who would like to move forward in life with a heart free from emotional trauma that is potentially restricting day-to-day life, personal ambitions and achievements.
Take a moment to think and recall all of the losses that have affected you throughout your life… If you really think about it there are possibly many, and there are probably some that still affect you today or that you think about regularly.
Have you had success in your health and fitness goals, weight loss targets or relationship aspirations, yet still feel emotionally stuck with thoughts of past experiences that leave you thinking "If only?"
If you are ready to challenge yourself to let go and move forward from the emotional impact of life events and feel better then this course is for you.
In just eight, weekly, two-hour group sessions; we will provide you with a lifelong toolkit that allows you to become self-resilient without relying on waiting times or referrals.
Using an educational, scientifically-proven programme you can learn how to:
When something ends it is often unpleasant and can leave us with hurt, pain and isolation, feelings of anger, disappointment and frustration. The break up of a relationship, death of a loved-one, job loss, loss of health and loss of trust are just a few examples of losses that may have had a cumulative impact on your mental health and wellbeing.
We get told to let go and move on but we’re never really told how. Have you had support from previous methods such as counselling, medication or alternative therapies that seemed to help at the time but feel on reflection they didn’t quite work for you?
We can all only go so far and do so much if, emotionally, we haven’t processed the pain of loss… The "what if’s?", "what went wrong?", the "if only I could have / should have", the ‘hopes, dreams and expectations’ that were left unfulfilled. Our full potential is limited if our hearts haven’t healed.
Be better equipped to engage in all aspects of your life and achieve fulfilment by identifying and processing life’s losses.
Recovery from and completion of emotional pain is achieved by a series of small and correct action choices. The fundamental purpose of this programme is to teach you what those correct choices are and to show you how to use them.
